Shipping
All items are shipped Priority Express Mail via the US Postal Service. Packages will require a signature upon delivery.
How to Return
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders). You will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the same form of payment used to place your order.
Please contact us at jessica@jessicafields.com or 917-664-6002 to alert us to a return.
When repacking your order. Use the original packing materials if possible. If the original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning. Please take care to repack items carefully.
After 15 days, an exchange is possible at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
To cancel a special order, contact us at jessica@jessicafields.com or 917-664-6002 within 24 hours of placing the order.
Repairs
We highly recommend sending all pieces back to our studio for any necessary adjustments or repairs. If an item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired free of charge. Any repairs due to normal wear and tear will be charged a fee dependant on the necessary work.
Ring Resizing
Most rings can be resized for a very nominal charge. Please contact our studio before sending any jewelry for resize, repair or alteration.
